    • We ship USPS Priority Mail, please allow 4-6 weeks for all shipments.

    • Canvas giclees', Dye Infused Aluminum and any special orders, please allow 4-6 weeks

    • Special Occasions please tell us your deadline and we will let you know if we can meet it.

Everything we sell is handmade.  We test everything we sell to make sure it makes us HAPPY!  This includes appearance, feel and quality.

Some items are available in a few shops, online, and at the Famous Maui Swap, booth 311-312.

Everything we sell is Made To Order.  Depending on your order it may take 4-6 weeks.  So please assume 4-6 weeks for delivery.  If you have a date in mind (birthday, anniversary, etc) we will do that for you.  (we have not missed one yet!)  Again since we custom make your art order please allow a bit of time.

Be sure to measure before you order...that is a must!

All the art we use comes from one of Ken Loyd's paintings.  They are printed on demand and therefore we do not offer refunds.

We have tried to make sure we describe the art and the items we use so you will not need a refund.

Please make sure you pick the right size and color because our manufacturer will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged!

Sizing Issues for Shoes

In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with the fit of their shoe, Art By Loyd will process a free exchange for you.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing issues, only exchanges are allowed.

Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order. 

In order for a free exchange to be processed, Customer must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, and order number, 

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange
